We deliver to every governorate in Egypt through Turbo. Cairo and Giza arrive in 1 to 2 working days. Alexandria, Qalyubia, the Delta, the Canal cities and Upper Egypt take up to 3. Marsa Matrouh, the Red Sea, North and South Sinai and the New Valley take 5 to 7 days. You will get a tracking link as soon as your parcel is on its way.

You can return for a refund or exchange within 5 days of delivery. Items need to be unworn, unwashed, and still have their tags attached. If the mistake was ours, a wrong or faulty item, we cover the return shipping. Otherwise return shipping is at your cost. Message us on WhatsApp and we will arrange the pickup.

Shirts and sweatpants come in S, M and L. Other pieces follow European numeric sizing. Every product page lists chest and length for each size, measured flat across the garment rather than on the body. If you are between sizes, message us on WhatsApp and we will tell you which to take.

Pay in cash on delivery anywhere in Egypt for an extra 10 EGP, or pay by card at checkout at no extra cost. Card payments are processed securely by Shopify and we never see or store your card details.
